Question: How do I arrange my sacrifice/Qurbani?
Answer:
Pilgrims do not need to worry about the sacrifice or Qurbani as one qurbani per person is included in the package. We can also arrange for an extra sacrifice/Qurbani at extra cost; it will cost approximately £70 per extra Qurbani. You will be given the precise information in Makkah.

Question: What kind of clothing should I take?
Answer:
The weather is generally quite warm, so take light clothes, however in the evenings it can get cold, especially in Madinah so it would be a good idea to take a jumper.

Question: What happens to our suitcases during the Hajj days?
Answer:
Pilgrims of standard groups, e.g. 1,2,3 and 4 will have full access to hotels as well as to their rooms. Pilgrims suitcases will be in there rooms. Our special group suitcases /luggage will be transferred to a safe location in Makkah and pilgrims can have access to it if needed..

Everything will be done according to the Quran & Sunnah, inshallah.

Question: Will I be able to contact my wife in Mina?
Answer:
Yes, by calling your wife/sister, etc out of the tents. Men are not allowed to enter women’s tent.

Question: How are the men & women accommodated in Mina?
Answer:
Men and women stay in separate tents in Mina and Arafat. We normally open up all tents of each section so that we can perform the daily prayers in congregation. this also enables pilgrims to breathe easier.

Question: What if I get ill?
Answer:
Pilgrims do not need to worry too much of this side of the journey as they are eligible for FREE OF CHARGE check up and medicines. The doctors in Makkah and Medinah hospitals speak English, Arabic and Urdu and many more language. Pilgrims are given the same treatment as the local residents or citizens. Addition to this, most medicines are available over the counter. Please note that pilgrims are not entitled of free of charge treatment in private hospitals.

Question: Where can I exchange my pounds into riyals?
Answer:
Within Makkah and Medinah there are many money exchangers dotted places, please ask a member of staff for the nearest place to your location. Please note there are no money exchange places In Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. Please note that some five star hotels can also exchange money but at a lower rate.

We will not advise you to do so because you will not have your passport with you to cash them.
