WEBSITE PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR HAJJ OR UMRAH PACKAGE, AS THEY ARE THE
BASE OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOUHajj
How to apply?
1. A ll applicants are requested to complete a separate booking form as fully as possible. Please contact us if you require a booking form.
2. A deposit of at least £1000 per person is to accompany the booking form. Please make cheque payable to ’Educational Hajj & Umrah Ltd’ and send it to our head office address (119 Pershore Rd, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B5 7NX) along with copies of passports. It is advisable to state passengers names , address and the Group number (date of departure) at the reverse side of the cheque.
3. Original passport which must be valid for at least 6 months from date of departure along with 4 passport size photographs as well as ACWY Vax certificate must reach us right after Ramadan. Please contact us if you can not provide any of these documents so that an alternative programme can be arranged.
4. Ladies/ female passengers are required to provide proof of
relationship to the Mahram she is travelling with, such as father, husband,
etc.
5. Full payment must be made before applications can be sent to the Saudi Embassy for Hajj visas. Full payment must be reach us with 15 days after Ramadan.
- Original documents that are being sent to us by post; must be sent using ’Special Delivery’ mail service.
- Applicants can pay by cheque, cash or by bank transfer only. Should you need our accounts details, please call us on: 0845 602 7764. Cash must NOT be sent in any form of post, please contact us for an appointment.
Umrah
How to apply?

It is advisable to state passengers names , address and the Group number (departure date) at the reverse side of the cheque.
