The upgrade offer includes:
- Private tents near to Jamarat (mattresses will be provided)

- Open buffet, three daily meals will be provided on the 5 days of Hajj

What is unique about the tents that are near to Jamarat?
These tents are situated at a private location and sold at extra prices by the ministry of Hajj to some companies only. The tents are situated at a walking distance from Jamarat which will save you (pilgrim) from walking of approximately two hours to and from Jamarat when coming to stone Shaytan (satan) in the days of Hajj.
Do these tents have better facilities than others?
In general yes, these tents are more secure, carpeted and better maintained. Addition to this, comfortable folding mattresses/sofa will be provided to each pilgrim.
What services will include in these tents?
- 24 hours access to cold drinks and water
- 24 hour access to tea, coffee etc
- Open buffet, 3 daily meals of different choices will be proved
What type of transport will be provided for these 5 days?
You will be provided by fully air-conditioned private and dedicated coach that will be made available for our group only to transfer pilgrims from Mina to Arafat, Arafat to Muzdalifa, Muzdalifah to Mina, and finally from Mina to Makkah. The coach will also transport pilgrims for the Tawaf e Ziyarah/Tawaful Ifadah which is not included in our standard packages.
What do you mean by private tents in Arafat?
These tents are better maintained also cleaner in a private location of Arafat which is sold by the ministry of Hajj at extra prices to some companies only.
Are we going to be provided with three meals on Arafat day?
Due to the shortage of time and because pilgrims are on move from Mina to Arafat, from Araft to Muzdalifah, we therefore will provide two meals only.
Are we going to be escorted?
Oh yes. You will be escorted throughout the 5 days of Hajj by one of our best group leaders.
Can a non-Educational Hajj & Umrah company pilgrims apply for this offer?
Unfortunately, no this offer is excusive/special to our pilgrims only as the places are very limited.
How much would it cost to up grade?
£700 per person.
Price is subject to fluctuation of European Hajj Establishment of Makkah/Hajj ministry’s prices
Please note that this offer is inclusive to the pilgrims of Educational Hajj & Umrah Ltd only. We are unique in our services, we may be the only group who can allow pilgrims to up grade their package for the 5 days of Hajj to a nearer location to Jamarat & with its special features.
